Document / Illustrate all aspects of the application using Visio charts and create Technical Design Specifications for each work module.

Assisted the Phase 3 production support teams in managing problem queues and ensuring that we meet SLAs for all our incidents. Responsible for (COBOL) code walkthroughs, application specs and project requirements. Provided ROOT CAUSE analysis to the Vendors and Business/Technology partners to ensure that all issues are tracked and a long-term resolution plan is in place to address each issue. Create many daily and periodic management reports to represent our metrics against SLAs. Responsible for ensuring that the project development teams met all the criteria for their products to be implemented into our production environments.  Organized and facilited Disaster Recovery exercises and wrote the X501 documents.

Online Brokerage Technologies: Member of OLB Technologies team responsible for initiating support for Phase3 Online Brokerage Application on the Tandem platform. Initiate code walkthrough (COBOL), code maintenance. Wrote custom COBOL programs utilizing Nonstop SQL database for the Wealth Management application for Phase3. Participate in High-level discussions on improving and testing Tandem OSI interface to online brokerage. Document / Illustrate all aspects of the application using Visio charts. Provide 24-hour on-call coverage to Tandem OSI platform.

Command Center Lead: Provided first level technical and business support for the Phase3 distributed systems and application for web-based securities/brokerage portfolios. This required reading the COBOL source code to determine root cause analysis. Facilitated technical and business discussions for problem identification and resolution, software implementations, and hardware and network maintenance for the distributed systems and applications. OLB Command Center leadership is provided 7 days x 24 hours.
